We are open from 10 AM to 7 PM, seven days a week. For appointments after 7 PM, please call us to check and reserve availability.
Please aim to arrive 5-10 minutes before your scheduled appointment. This extra time is crucial for all services, including massages, facials, laser treatments, waxing, and lash appointments
Upon arrival, you'll be asked to fill out forms. These are essential for our service providers to gain a better understanding of your health and skin conditions before proceeding with any service.
Should you arrive late, we will do our utmost to accommodate your booked services within our schedule. However, please be aware that you will be charged for the initially reserved time.
Our facility is equipped with a women's washroom and a gender-neutral washroom, both located to the left down the hallway. The first door is for the women's washroom, followed by the gender-neutral washroom.
For your convenience, self-service beverages and snacks are available in the lounge area. Enjoy our selection of water, apple juice, orange juice, coffee, Orange Peacock tea, and cookies during your visit.
While walk-ins are welcome, please note that we primarily operate on an appointment basis. To minimize waiting time, we recommend giving us a call before heading to our spa. In the event there are no appointments scheduled at 10 am, we will open our doors at 11 am
