    • By proceeding with treatment, you acknowledge and agree to the fee and schedule.

    • Kindly inform Pure Sense Spa before booking treatment if you need a receipt for Registered Massage Therapy (RMT). Registered Massage Therapy can only be provided by registered massage therapists and must be scheduled accordingly. Receipts for Registered Massage Therapy will only be issued if the service was provided by a registered massage therapist.

    • You consent to provide credit card information and authorize Pure Sense Spa & Nail Salon to charge the provided credit card in case of a cancellation / no-show without sufficient notice (according to the Cancelation Policy below).

    • A minimum of 24 hours notice during business hours is required for cancelling appointments.

    • Failure to do so will result in a non-cancellation fee equivalent to the original appointment fee.

    • Due to new management in 2024, Pure Sense Spa & Nails Salon will not process any gift card before April 1, 2022.

    • Gift cards and certificates are not valid without a registered barcode or a purchase date.

    • We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.

    • Gift cards and certificates have no cash value.

    • All gift cards and gift certificates are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

    • Valid for 12 months from date of purchase.

    • No personal information collected from devices will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

    • This policy applies broadly across all data categories, with the exception of data pertaining to user opt-in and consent for text messaging; such information will remain confidential and will not be shared with any external parties.
